What Equipment is required/recommended?

Stick, gloves and helmet are required. Optional but recommended equipment includes a cage/visor, personal protective equipment and shin guards (must be ball hockey or covered if ice hockey).

Teams will be responsible for their own jerseys. Individual registrants will be placed on a Team and provided a jersey for the Season.

Where can I get the required equipment?

Most sports stores will have what you need. CLBH has a partnership with Knapper Ball Hockey and carries some stock of gloves and shin guards and can also place bulk orders periodically for Teams or Individuals. Our affiliate Integral Hockey Lakeland also has refurbished pro stock hockey sticks available for purchase.

What will the season look like (Day(s) of week, times, etc.)?

We are hoping for a 16 game regular season, most likely on Sunday nights. Teams will play once/week.
